Service Description

Day 1: Arrival On Arrival at Entebbe Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide who will transfer you to your Hotel. Should time permit you may visit the Botanical Gardens in Entebbe. Day 2: Fly to Murchison Falls National Park After breakfast, you will fly from Kajjansi Airstrip to Murchison Falls National Park located in north-western Uganda. On arrival you will undertake a game drive as you drive to through the park heading to top of the falls for the spectacular views before you check in at the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay. Day 3: Game drive and Boat ride After breakfast you will have a game drive while in the afternoon you will take a boat ride on the River Nile to Murchison falls, from which the National Park derives its name. Here, you will enjoy the spectacular waterfall where the Nile squeezes through a 7 meter wide gap and plunges 45m over a rift valley gorge and at the bottom bask huge Nile crocodiles. Day 4: Fly to Queen Elizabeth National Park After breakfast you will fly over the equator to the world-famous Queen Elizabeth National Park. Lying in the Rift valley, the park has a diverse array of ecosystems which include Savanna, Tropical Forests, lakes and wetlands making it a prime home to big game, ten primate species and over 600 Species of Birds. Upon arrival, you may take an evening game drive and catch a sundowner. Day 5: Game drive and Boat ride You will start the day with an exciting morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. It has the greatest bio-diversity of plants and animals with a landscape consisting of open savannah, rainforest, dense papyrus swamps, and crater lakes. In the afternoon you will go for a wonderful Launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel with its banks lined with hippos, buffaloes and elephants. Day 6: Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park The park is home to the endangered mountain gorillas. This fascinating mountain Forest also attracts spectacular birds and chimpanzees. You have an option of taking a stroll through the unique landscape of this national park. Alternatively, walk to a village of the indigenous Batwa pygmies. Come back to the lodge, relax dinner & overnight stay. Day 7: Gorilla trekking; the day will have finally arrived for you to take on the journey less traveled by to trek with the world's remaining Mountain Gorillas. Day 8: Fly back to Entebbe & Departure Home On the 8th day, you will fly from Kihihi airstrip to Entebbe and this will mark the end

You can cancel your tour at any time prior to departure. The date of receipt at Sail Adventures Safaris is the decisive factor for our cancellation policy. Kindly declare any cancellation in written form. For cancellation of the travel contract prior to departure as well as any cases of non-participation on the tour, the following cancellation charges are asserted: 40 days + prior to departure: 30% of total amount 39 to 22 days prior to departure: 50% of total amount 21 to 15 days prior to departure: 70% of total amount 14 to 7 days prior to departure: 90% of total amount 6 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of total amount
